What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at monkiddoinfo@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What should I do if I receive damaged item?
If your product arrives damaged to the extent that it is unusable, please provide us with photos for inspection. We give utmost attention to our products and packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are available under specific conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How long do I have to request an exchange?
You have 3 days from the date of receipt to report any damage and request an exchange.
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds are provided. All sales are final. Exchanges are only available for damaged items.

How long does it takes to ship out items once payment is made?
We will process and ship your order every Wednesday.
Your item(s) will be shipped via any available courier service within Malaysia.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately we do not ship overseas at the moment.
We only ship within Malaysia ONLY at the moment.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Currently, shipping within Malaysia is FREE if your order is RM20 and Above.
RM10 shipping fee will be imposed for order below RM20.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time ranges from 3 to 8 working days within Malaysia. Please note that delays may occur due to unforseen circumstances.
Will I be responsible for any taxes or duties?
Since we only ship within Malaysia, your order unlikely will incurs any taxes and duties. However, we will not be responsible to cover the charges if taxes and duties occur.
